Entertainer: Steve Ruhenkamp Band Function: Van Driver, Main One Influences: Pat Boone, Atmospheric Pressure Keys to "success": Years of Dulcimer lessons Alter-ego: Optometrist
Steve was born into a tribe of South American Pygmy. His birth name was
Kcitskcuf, which means "The GreatOne." Feeling a little out
of place with his huge stature in the tribe, Steve struck out on his own to
explore new worlds and to boldly go where no man had gone before.
While growing up, Steve was taken in by an amish family. This is where he developed a love for
optometry. Although he began his work with the animals, Steve decided to direct
his attention to people after being trampled by a horse for the 10th time.
Steve built his first guitar from an Amish barn door. When Ezekiel and the
others found that he had vandalized the barn door, they sent him packing on the
first horse and buggy out of town.
Steve then arrived in the metropolis of Russia. It was there that he honed his
craft to a fine point in a band called the Originals. But there was a group in
the east end called the originals. So after countless hours and many sleepless
nights, the name Renegade was born. Upon questioning Steve about the name, he
simply stated; "Hey guys, it's so original and cool."
